House Regulations

  1. No drugs or alcohol of any kind are permitted in the premises. We have zero tolerance.
  2. Use of drugs or alcohol will result in immediate discharge.
  3. Knowledge of another client’s using and drinking and not bringing it to the attention of the house manager may result in immediate discharge.
  4. Random drug/alcohol testing will be performed at your expense.
  5. You must have a sponsor at all times. This will be confirmed.
  6. Quiet time will be observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
  7. Please be respectful of other’s space and personal items. Any property damage will be the responsibility of the client.
  8. You must advise your house manager of overnights by 5:00 pm
  9. No overnight guests allowed.
  10. Sober guests only allowed in common areas with express permission.
  11. Program dues must be paid by 8:00 pm each Friday unless other arrangements have been made.
  12. Management will not be responsible for the theft and/or destruction of personal property.
  13. Upon discharge/move-out, personal items will be held for seventy-two (72) hours (3 days).
  14. No more than two suitcases are allowed on move-in.
  15. No smoking or candles allowed in houses.
  16. Use of poppy seed/everything bagels, kava, kradom may result immediate discharge.
  17. Curfews are to be determined on an individual basis. (11:00 pm weekdays, 1:00 am weekends and/or 10:00 pm daily curfew) Also 90/90 signed sheets may be requested at any time.
  18. Absolutely no sharing of prescription medications.
  19. The deposit and/or admin fee will not be refunded.
  20. Chores will be done on Wednesday and Sunday. you are responsible for cleaning your room and doing your chores. There will be consequences if this is not followed.
  21. The office will be closed from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm. Emergencies only.
